Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking a Business Manager for EMEA Business & Project Controls. You will own the operating rhythm, governance, and organisational processes to enable the EMEA DCCD function to operate efficiently, consistently and at scale.

You will partner with leadership to translate priorities into actions, drive planning cycles, and ensure accountable delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, programme management, construction, infrastructure, engineering or similar environment.
• Experience creating governance mechanisms (planning cycles, business reviews, action tracking).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the EMEA rhythm of business (WBRs, MBRs, Quarterly Clinics) with clear calendars, owners, inputs and outputs.
• Coordinate executive business reviews and produce concise, decision‑oriented reporting.
• Maintain headcount data, rosters, attrition and hiring progress; support onboarding and org structure documentation.
• Coordinate OLR activities with leadership and HRBPs; support succession planning and talent reviews.
• Develop clear communications on behalf of B&PC leadership (town halls, updates, project kick-offs).
• Identify and implement simple, scalable improvements with cross‑functional partners.
