Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking an EMEA Scheduling Manager to lead the regional scheduling strategy for its data center portfolio. You will set governance, standards and reporting frameworks to ensure predictable delivery across multiple projects and external partners.

You will partner with Construction, Preconstruction, Cost Controls, Commissioning, Engineering and BI teams to drive data-driven decisions, schedule quality, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-growing

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling for data center delivery, or equivalent industrial facilities.
Proven ability to develop scheduling standards, governance frameworks and project controls processes.
Strong understanding of CPM, schedule risk analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning.
Experience reviewing contractor schedules and driving schedule quality improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the EMEA scheduling strategy for AWS data center delivery.
Establish scalable scheduling standards, governance and best practices across EMEA.
Drive improvements in schedule predictability and reporting consistency.
Partner with Global scheduling teams to align regional standards with global practices.
Own the EMEA Schedule Specification and governance mechanisms.
Support schedule integration with cost controls and BI teams.
