Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking a Business Manager for EMEA Business & Project Controls to own the operating rhythm and core business mechanisms enabling scalable, efficient execution across the EMEA DCCD organisation.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable governance, processes and measurable outcomes, sitting at the intersection of people, process, governance and information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related environment.
• Experience managing governance mechanisms for a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the EMEA rhythm of business (WBRs, MBRs, Quarterly Clinics, portfolio reviews) with clear calendars, owners, inputs and outputs.
• Coordinate executive business reviews and produce concise, decision-oriented reporting.
• Maintain headcount data, rosters, open positions, attrition and hiring progress; support onboarding and team documentation.
• Coordinate OLR activities and maintain a forward-looking promotion slate.
• Develop clear communications for leadership and governance artefacts; govern SharePoint and knowledge repositories.
• Identify recurring pain points and implement scalable improvements; drive COE and lessons-learned mechanisms.
