Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to own end-to-end data centre developments across EMEA, including the UK and Ireland. The role requires strategic development management, cost control, and negotiation with authorities and counterparty teams, from opportunity through close‑out.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
Master's degree and professional qualification (preferred) for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development delivery for data centre projects across EMEA (incl. UK, Ireland).
Manage development agreements lifecycle from pre-transaction input to close‑out.
Lead land development, permitting, and AHJ engagements.
Coordinate across cross‑functional teams to align on strategy, cost, schedule and risk.
Establish and maintain relationships with authorities having jurisdiction and external stakeholders.
