Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Billing Operations Team Lead to oversee billing processes across the EMEA region. You will act as a key escalation point for complex issues and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely billing and scalable operations.

You will drive process improvements, leverage data to identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in billing/financial operations.
• 1–2 years leading operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex billing operations across the EMEA region.
• Act as escalation point for high-impact billing issues.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Product, IT, and GTM teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Provide KPI reporting to leadership.
