Job summary

doTERRA Global Limited is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional in Cork, Ireland. The role involves processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations, with responsibility for vendor data, GL coding in SAP/Concur/Smartsheet, and supporting the finance team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with SAP is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments for EMEA entities.
• Assist with vendor set-ups and data accuracy.
• Post invoices and perform GL coding in SAP, Concur and Smartsheet.
• Monitor costs for events, expenses, logistics and warehousing.
• Process credit card and employee expenses.
• Prepare vendor reconciliations and maintain creditors ledger.
• Assist month-end activities including accruals and prepayments.
• Collaborate with wider finance team on projects and process improvements.
• Support accounts payable activities and PO processes.
