Job summary

Abbott Ireland Financial Services – Cherrywood, Dublin is seeking a Regional PTP Analyst to support end‑to‑end Accounts Payable for EMEA SSO entities on a 12‑month contract. You will oversee outsourced partners and ensure timely, accurate processing with KPI/SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AP or accounting, experience with Concur, SAP or other ERP platforms, and strong analytical, organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Business or Accounting.
• 3+ years AP or Accounting experience.
• Experience in an SSO environment preferred.
• Experience with third‑party outsource providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end Accounts Payable support for EMEA SSO entities.
• Act as point of contact for outsourced partner and business partners.
• Monitor KPIs & SLAs; ensure Genpact compliance with controls.
• Prepare month‑end reporting to Finance, RTR, and FP&A.
• Manage aged payables and resolve vendor debit balances.
• Support internal audits and external reviews.
• Collaborate with markets to resolve issues and maintain processes.
• Contribute to control improvements and process standardization.
