Job summary

doTERRA Europe Services in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a finance professional to join the Europe finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and supporting the wider finance function.

You will manage accounts payable for EMEA, set up vendors, handle GL coding in SAP and Concur, monitor costs, and assist month-end activities. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, SAP and strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• MS Excel (intermediate or higher) is required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports accounts payable activities for EMEA entities.
• Supports the purchase order process by working with managers and staff on preparation and issuance.
• Setting up new vendors by collecting required information and bank details, ensuring data accuracy.
• Managing invoice processing, including approvals, correct posting, and GL coding in SAP, Concur, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Monitoring event-related costs, daily expenses, logistics, and warehousing purchases, including tracking spend against budget.
• Supporting credit card and employee expense processing, including travel and accommodation costs.
• Preparing vendor reconciliations and helping maintain the creditors ledger.
• Assisting the finance team with bank reconciliations, intercompany billing, and month-end activities such as accruals and prepayments.
• Working closely with the wider finance team on projects, reporting, and process improvements.
