Job summary

Remote People in Dubai (fully remote) is expanding in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth across EMEA. You will own a client portfolio, engage HR leaders, and close high-impact mandates while building a top-tier candidate network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Strong 360° and business development track record.
• EMEA recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own client portfolio across the EMEA region.
• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Generate new recruitment mandates through proactive BD.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement.
• Build strong candidate networks via headhunting and referrals.
• Become a trusted market expert on the EMEA talent landscape.
• Drive performance, manage your pipeline and revenue targets.
