ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Customers – EMEA 360 Deal Lead (Elevate) based in Dublin to drive high-impact 360 deal strategies, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate deal velocity. You will influence GTM planning, optimize investment vs.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI in work processes and automation.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a commercial software company.
• Ability to present to senior executives and manage ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Central Point of Contact for Buy From side of 360 Deals for specific BUs.
• Act as global liaison to sales teams and GTM partners (Value Added Resellers and System Integrators).
• Represent a unified Buy From perspective and streamline access for the sales organization.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Legal and others to streamline deal approvals.
