The Football Association of Ireland is seeking a League of Ireland Referee Manager to lead the refereeing operation for senior competitions, cups and fixtures. You will plan, resource, govern and develop the Elite Referees Panel to ensure a sustainable, high-performing group delivering on domestic and international commitments.

You will oversee a high-volume weekly programme, manage a sizable team, and collaborate with UEFA/FIFA and internal departments, while working regular evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly in Ireland and internationally.
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in education, sport or football.
• Experience managing high-volume weekly programmes and coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, resourcing and delivery of the League of Ireland Elite Referees Panel.
• Oversee an appointments process supported by data and digital systems.
• Provide leadership, development and performance reviews for elite officials.
• Manage resources, budgets, procurement and supplier relationships.
