The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives at its HQ in Abbotstown, Dublin. You will coordinate with senior leaders, business owners and external partners to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, budgets and governance standards.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects and PMO, you will contribute to the development and adoption of PMO processes and tools while managing

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
• Experience working with senior management and governance groups.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through delivery, handover and closure.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables and resource requirements with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and milestones across teams and partners.
• Establish governance arrangements in line with PMO framework.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, escalate issues.
• Coordinate procurement activities and stakeholder meetings.
