Job summary

Allied Irish Banks seeks a Financial Planning Specialist to advise affluent customers on pensions, investments, savings and protection across the Dublin region. You will build tailored plans, nurture existing relationships and grow portfolios via referrals within a nationwide team of over 140 professionals.

You will travel across branches, operate in a hybrid working model, and contribute to growth while delivering high standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Demonstrable experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and savings solutions.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, generate opportunities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) qualification or willingness to complete this qualification.
• Experience managing a portfolio of affluent or high-value customers.
• Experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with affluent personal and business customers, delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to their individual needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings while ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of every recommendation.
• Lead and motivate branch colleagues, business centres and other key stakeholders to generate referral opportunities.
• Support the achievement of regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives, helping drive commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Operate to the highest standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
