Allied Irish Banks is seeking ambitious Financial Planning Specialists to support our affluent customer base across the Dublin region. You will work with clients to understand goals and financial priorities, offering tailored advice on pensions, investments, saving strategies and protection; you will also grow your portfolio through referrals and partnerships with colleagues across the nationwide team.

You will travel across branches within the geography, building relationships and driving

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified and CFP considered
• Experience advising affluent customers on pensions and investments
• Strong client relationship-building and referral generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with affluent customers and tailor financial planning solutions.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings.
• Lead and motivate branches and stakeholders to generate referrals.
• Support regional objectives and drive commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Operate to high standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
