AIB in Dublin region seeks ambitious Financial Planning Specialists to support our affluent customers with tailored advice across pensions, investments, savings and protection. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and work with a nationwide team to help clients achieve better outcomes.

You will travel across branches within the geography as needed and contribute to growth targets while maintaining high standards of governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualification is required.
• Experience giving comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• CFP qualification or willingness to complete it.
• Experience working with affluent/high-value customers.
• Experience in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with affluent customers and deliver tailored financial planning solutions.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Lead and motivate colleagues and stakeholders to generate referrals.
• Support regional and local CFP objectives and business performance.
