Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be Fully QFA qualified and registered.
• Experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice to affluent customers.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate opportunities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• CFP qualification or willingness to complete this qualification.
• Experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with affluent personal and business customers, delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings while ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of every recommendation.
• Lead and motivate branch colleagues, business centres and stakeholders to generate referral opportunities.
• Support the achievement of regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives, driving commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Operate to the highest standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
