Job summary

Allied Irish Banks (AIB) is seeking a Customer Financial Planning Specialist to serve affluent clients across Dublin. You will understand goals, provide tailored advice across pensions, investments, savings and protection, and build relationships with existing customers while proactively growing the portfolio through referrals.

You will work with a nationwide team of over 140 professionals, travel across branches within geography may be required, and you’ll contribute to AIB's growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Demonstrable experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice to customers.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and savings solutions.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, generate opportunities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• CFP® qualification or willingness to complete this qualification.
• Experience managing a portfolio of affluent or high-value customers.
• Experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with affluent personal and business customers, delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings while keeping customer needs at the centre of every recommendation.
• Lead and motivate branch colleagues, business centres and stakeholders to generate referral opportunities.
• Support the achievement of regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives and drive performance.
• Operate to high standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
