Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a qualified Electrical trades professional to join our facilities management team across multiple sites in Ireland. The role focuses on hard services, building services, and maintenance using CMMS tools to schedule and track tasks.

You'll work with the Facilities team to maintain HVAC and electrical systems, manage maintenance schedules, and support short and long-term projects. A full driving licence and EU right to work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the EU.
• Qualified in Electrical trade.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Experience maintaining commercial environments & hard services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of building services installations including HVAC & electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFM applications (SAP, Maximo, PEMAC, Concept Evolution, eMaint) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule self-delivery and subcontractor PPMs & reactive works with the Facilities team.
• Assist FM team with progress reports and information for reporting.
• Manage planned maintenance schedules & resources for each building.
• Log maintenance tasks on CMMS and maintain hardcopy records of maintenance.
• Support short & long term projects as required.
• Maintenance of building lighting systems including replacement of fittings & lamps.
• Report to the facilities team and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote a proactive approach to H&S and ensure work is compliant.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with Facilities Manager, Assistant FM & Hard services Co-ordinator to schedule self-delivery PPM’s Sub-Contractor PPM’s & reactive works.
• Assisting FM Team prepare progress reports and provide information for reporting
• Work with the FM team to manage planned maintenance schedules & resources for each building under facilities team remit
• Logging & updating site maintenance related tasks on CMMS & keeping of hardcopy file back-up off maintenance records
• Provide support in the implementation of short & long term projects as required
• Maintenance of building lighting system including replacement of fittings and lamps on an ongoing basis
• Report to and take direction from building facilities team whilst resolving issues at site & escalating when needed

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
