Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a Data Centre project in Finland. The right candidate will coordinate and manage resources, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the project. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and job security.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Data Centre projects is beneficial.
• Recent experience with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.

Electrical Supervisor – 12737

Electrical Supervisor required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Finland. The successful Electrical Supervisor will report into the Electrical Project Manager.

Our client is in a period of continued growth in this region and has a large order book for the foreseeable future. They offer both job security and excellent progression opportunities.

Duties:

• Coordinating and planning of resources including labour, materials and sub‑contractors
• Manage and drive a team to meet all project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Prepare relevant reports
• Reporting on progress
• Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub‑contractors
• Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety

Requirements:

• An Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrical trade background
• A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial
• Must have worked for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Must be driven and be able to work on their own initiative
• Must be proficient in MS Office
