Qualifications

• Relevant electrical, engineering or project-management qualification required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience in the electrical utility sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead all installers in collaboration with supervisors and colleagues.
• Develop regular workshops with field supervisors based on KPI progress.
• Coach and mentor installers to improve KPI performance.
• Take a role in the development of installers across the project.
• Support HSQE and auditing initiatives.
• Audit crews as per KPI schedule and report findings.
