PE Global is recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a major hyperscale data centre project in Dublin 11. The role oversees site electrical installation, coordinating with management, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safety, quality and timeliness.

You will drive programme milestones, attend meetings, maintain site records and support handover activities, while promoting a strong safety culture and contributing to future project opportunities within a Tier 1

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant electrical engineering background.
• Experience in an Electrical Supervisor role on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and driving project delivery.

Responsibilities

PE Global is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading international construction contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Dublin 11.

The Role

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation and delivery of electrical works on site, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Project Management team, subcontractors, and client representatives, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme milestones and maintaining project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and proactively address any issues impacting delivery.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support commissioning and handover activities as required.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all site activities.

Requirements

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant electrical engineering background.
• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor position on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and driving project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety best practices.
• Previous experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or other mission‑critical projects.
• Experience working within a Tier 1 contractor environment.
• Knowledge of commissioning and handover processes.

Applicants must have previous Irish electrical construction project experience and be eligible to work in Ireland.
