Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of major electrical construction projects across Dublin. This role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality.

You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and procurement, monitor progress, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong background in electrical construction and building services.
• Experience delivering Commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate site teams effectively
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations and quality standards
• Experience managing project budgets, procurement, and subcontractor packages
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven track record delivering projects within fast-paced construction environments
• Ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical construction activities across multiple live projects

• Ensure all electrical works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, industry standards, and statutory requirements
• Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Manage project budgets, procurement, variations, and cost control measures
• Carry out site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
• Support project planning, scheduling, commissioning, and final handover processes
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Salary: €85-90k

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major electrical construction projects across Dublin.

This role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in site leadership, project coordination, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
