Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for a leading electrical contractor delivering data centre and large-scale projects across Ireland. You will lead complex installations from initiation to handover and collaborate with a focused team on high-profile programmes.

You will plan programmes, manage budgets and resources, coordinate site teams and suppliers, and ensure safe, on-time delivery. The role offers a company vehicle or allowance, career progression, and a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Engineer.
• Delivering commercial, industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from start to completion.
• Plan programmes, resources and project delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, progress and commercial performance.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Lead project meetings and reporting.
