Job summary

Crossley Scott Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery of data centre electrical packages across Europe from planning through to completion. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and clients, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance in a high-stakes environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mission-critical electrical project experience, strong MV/LV knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing electrical projects in mission-critical environments.
Strong MV/LV cabling and electrical commissioning knowledge.
Excellent leadership, planning and reporting skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage electrical work packages in line with milestones and programme requirements.
Oversee installation and commissioning of MV/LV cabling and terminations.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress, productivity and project documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks to protect programme and delivery.
Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards compliance.
Lead site teams to maintain high installation quality and productivity.
Develop and maintain client relationships and provide project updates.
Lead close-out activities and lessons learned.
