Job summary

John Paul Construction Limited in Dublin seeks an Electrical Package Manager to lead delivery across residential projects. You will coordinate electrical services from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress.

The ideal candidate has a third level degree, 8+ years with a main contractor, and strong communication and IT skills to manage design information and collaborate with the project team.

Qualifications

• Degree at third level relevant to electrical or engineering.
• 8+ years experience preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience on residential, commercial, pharma or data centre projects preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all phases of Electrical Services project delivery from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Coordinate design information and details to support timely delivery.
• Ensure MEP deliverables meet safety, quality and project standards.
• Inspect installation works against the approved quality plan.
• Monitor programmes and progress of MEP services.
• Collaborate with design team, MEP subcontractors and wider project team.

Due to continued expansion we require an Electrical Package Manager to join our team in Dublin on residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all phases of the Electrical Services project delivery cycle from
• Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
• Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
• Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety
• Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan
• Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team

Specific Requirements

• Relevant Third level Degree
• 8+ years experience preferably with a main contractor
• Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred (Residential, Commercial ,Pharma & Data Centres,)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• Excellent IT skills
