John Paul Construction in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead the electrical services on residential projects. Based in Dublin, you will manage design coordination, delivery cycles, and safety compliance while working with the broader project team.

The ideal candidate has a third-level degree and 8+ years' experience with a main contractor, with exposure to residential, commercial, pharma or data centres. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Electrical packages for main contractor.
• Relevant degree required.
• Experience on residential/commercial/pharma/data centres preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of Electrical Services project delivery.
• Coordinate design team information and details for delivery.
• Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on site.
• Ensure MEP works meet safety and quality standards.
• Inspect installation against the approved quality plan.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the project team.
• Work with designers, MEP subcontractors and wider team.
