Job summary

John Paul Construction in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead and coordinate electrical services on residential projects. You will drive pre-construction planning, design coordination, and on-site delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have 8+ years of experience with a main contractor, with exposure to residential, commercial, pharma or data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level degree required.
• 8+ years experience preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred (Residential, Commercial, Pharma & Data centres).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all phases of the Electrical Services project delivery cycle from pre-construction & planning to construction, testing & commissioning.
• Coordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities.
• Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
• Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan.
• Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all phases of the Electrical Services project delivery cycle from
