Job summary

John Paul Construction is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead residential project delivery in Dublin. You will oversee all phases from pre-construction to testing, ensuring safety and quality across MEP works.

You will coordinate design information, manage timelines, and work closely with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team to deliver on schedule. The role requires a relevant degree and 8+ years of main contractor experience; strong communication and IT

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with a main contractor.
Experience on Construction/Civil projects including residential, commercial, pharma and data centres.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the Electrical Services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
Coordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities.
Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan.
Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.
Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team.
