Job summary

Rexel/Kellihers Electrical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Ballymount branch. You will source new sales via inbound leads, understand customer needs, and maximize yearly closures. You’ll join a busy team, handle inquiries, quotes, and orders, and be an on-site driving force for sales growth.

The role requires a full driving licence, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to account development. Electrical wholesale experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesale experience an advantage.
• Electrical product knowledge.
• Must be computer literate.
• A full driving licence is essential.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills to deal with colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls and working Inside sales orders.
• Processing Quotations for Customers.
• Working as part of an experienced Sales Team.
• Involvement in all aspects of the business on site.
• Grow sales from existing accounts and proactively seek new business.
• Work with the Sales development Team and Branch Manager to maximise sales and margin.
• Act as an extension of the outside sales force to grow electrical product sales and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Secure market level pricing feedback and provide timely price quotations.
• Price, procure/place orders, handle claims and returns, and manage accounts.
• Any other duties as required.
