Job summary

Rexel/Kellihers Electrical, Ireland's leading electrical wholesaler, is recruiting a Trade Counter Sales for our Limerick branch. You will provide product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and margins.

Respond to enquiries, take orders, stay updated on products and branch targets, and work as a team to support on-site operations. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales/customer experience essential.
• Electrical Wholesale experience and knowledge is an advantage.
• Forklift operation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries by phone or over the counter with quotes.
• Offer alternatives, upsell, promote brands and cross-brand sales.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, branch costs and targets.
• Taking orders and preparing them.
• Purchasing from MRP within the branch.
• Involvement in all on-site business activities.
• Other ad hoc duties.
