ABEC is seeking an Electrical Designer to join its team. You will design electrical schematics, control panels, and wiring for process instrumentation and motor controls in a biopharmaceutical production environment.

The role uses Eplan, Inventor, AutoCAD and Syteline for documentation and BOM management. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams, and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years technical degree or equivalent CAD/Drafting certification.
• At least two years electrical design experience with industrial control systems.
• Experience with PLC/DCS hardware (Rockwell, Siemens, DeltaV).
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP/Syteline experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented with drafting standards understanding.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Design the installation and wiring of process instrumentation and control devices using I/O lists, P&ID, specs and codes.
• Design PLC and DCS control loops.
• Design motor controls and VFD circuits.
• Design wiring of PLC, DCS, VFD and motor control panels.
• Create wiring schematics and layout.
• Generate assembly designs for power distribution and control panels.
• Create and maintain BOMs in ERP/Syteline for each assembly.
• Interfacing with other engineers for integrated system design.
• Travel as required.
