Job summary

UPMC Ireland is seeking an EHR Clinical Delivery Coordinator (Entry level) to support the successful delivery of the Cúram EHR Programme. The role focuses on operational, governance, coordination, and administrative support across clinical workstreams, ensuring planning, tracking, communication, and progression of activities.

Reporting to the Clinical Stream Lead, you will coordinate workshops, manage trackers, and support governance, policy, and guideline activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Administration, Health Informatics, or related discipline.
• Experience in programme coordination, project support, administrative, governance, or healthcare management role.
• Experience coordinating meetings, actions, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops and maintain programme trackers across multiple clinical workstreams.
• Support governance processes, action follow-up, and escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Policy, Procedure and Guideline (PPG) activities and support iTopics progression.
• Provide ongoing operational, governance, and administrative support to Clinical Team Leads and SMAs.
• Ensure timely communication and effective stakeholder engagement across the programme.
