Job summary

UPMC Ireland is seeking an entry-level EHR Clinical Delivery Coordinator to support the Cúram EHR Programme from Swift Square One, Dublin. You will assist in coordinating workshops, maintaining trackers, and supporting governance as the programme moves through design, build, testing, and Go-Live stages.

You will work with Clinical Team Leads, SMAs, and operational teams, contributing to organisational readiness and successful MEDITECH Expanse implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent certification in a related discipline within healthcare or administration.
• Experience in programme coordination, project support, governance, or healthcare management.
• Experience coordinating meetings, actions, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central coordination function supporting Clinical Team Leads and workstreams.
• Strengthen governance, improve visibility and accountability across the programme.
• Provide operational support, track progress, and escalate risks and issues.
• Coordinate Policy, Procedure and Guideline activities and governance forums.
