Job summary

Kids Inc in Rathmines, Dublin 6 is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our busy team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will create a safe, engaging environment and support children's learning through play, observation, and developmentally appropriate activities.

The role requires QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent, fluent English, and a collaborative, professional approach. We offer extensive employee benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or DCEDIY-recognised qualification.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children
• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences

• Supervising and engaging with children during meals and daily routines

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations

We operate over 70 Breakfast and Afterschool Care programmes nationwide, alongside 5 Creche and Preschool services, supporting children and families across Ireland. We are currently seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Fluent spoken and written English

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a Creche or Early Years setting
• First Aid training
