Early Childhood Ireland's Donoughmore Family Resource Centre is expanding and seeking enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our growing team. This role offers a supportive, child-centred environment that values high-quality early years practice and staff development.

Due to the expansion of our childcare service and the completion of our exciting new extension, Donoughmore Family Resource Centre is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, child-centred environment that values high-quality early years practice and invests in the development of its staff.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Create a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Participate in observations, planning and curriculum implementation.
• Promote best practice in line with Aistear, Síolta and Tusla requirements.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Essential:

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable:

• QQI Level 6, 7 or 8 qualification.
• Previous experience in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta.
