Kids Inc. is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (AIM Support) for Appleblossom Creche in Rathmines, Ireland.

The role is 30 hours per week on a fixed-term contract, supporting inclusion within the ECCE programme and helping children participate in daily routines and learning activities. You will work as part of the Early Years team to promote independence, confidence, and development, while observing and supporting children's needs, and adhering to company policies and regulatory

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• QQI Level 5 certificate or DCEDIY‑recognised equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for child development and inclusion.

We are currently seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (AIM Support) to join our team in Appleblossom Creche, working 30 hours per week on a fixed-term contract.

About The Role

At Kids Inc, we believe every child deserves a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where they can learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. As an Early Years Educator (AIM Support), you will work as part of our Early Years team to support the inclusion and participation of children within the ECCE programme. You will provide additional support to help children participate fully in the curriculum, daily routines, activities, and social experiences within the setting, while promoting their independence, confidence, and overall development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children to participate fully in the ECCE programme and daily routines
• Providing additional support to promote children's inclusion, independence, and engagement
• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences
• Supporting children's physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and language development
• Creating a safe, caring, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
• Observing children's interests, development, and individual support needs
• Working closely with Early Years Educators to adapt activities and routines where required
• Supporting children during meals, transitions, play, and other daily routines
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, guardians, and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate observations and records in line with programme requirements
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations

What We're Looking For

• QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education, or a qualification recognised by the DCEDIY
• Fluent spoken and written English
• A positive, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting inclusion
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A reliable and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a Creche or Early Years setting
• Previous experience supporting children with additional needs
• Knowledge or experience of the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM)
• First Aid training
• Manual Handling training
• Food Safety training
