Job summary

Kids Inc. is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (AIM Support) for Appleblossom Creche in Rathmines, Ireland.

The role is 30 hours per week on a fixed-term contract, supporting inclusion within the ECCE programme and helping children participate in daily routines and learning activities. You will work as part of the Early Years team to promote independence, confidence, and development, while observing and supporting children's needs, and adhering to company policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• QQI Level 5 certificate or DCEDIY‑recognised equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for child development and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support participation in ECCE programme and daily routines.
• Provide inclusion and engagement support for children.
• Foster learning through play and development activities.
• Support children's physical, emotional, social, cognitive and language growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Record observations and contribute to programme records.
