Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resource to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Lead the floor and coach colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity for store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience at checkout.
• Enable daily operational processes to run efficiently across the store at the right times.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to deliver high performance.
• Be a key holder and respond to call outs as required.
• Oversee opening/closing duties including vehicle receipt, temperature controls, and logging issues with Helpdesks.
