Job summary

The Lodge at Ashford Castle in Cong, Co. Mayo is seeking a proactive Club Attendant to join our luxury team. This part-time role supports the Leisure Centre Manager in maintaining guest care, cleanliness and the fitness offering for members and guests.

Responsibilities include front of house duties, member inductions, hygiene and presentation of facilities, policy compliance and handling guest feedback. Training and development are provided, with generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous water-based qualifications are required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• A strong swimming ability is essential.
• Proficient in computers and systems.

Responsibilities

• Front of house; greeting members in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Reception duties and inductions with new members.
• General day to day hygiene duties and presentation of facilities.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures in place are adhered to.
• Maintaining high levels of customer care and handling complaints, as necessary.

We are currently seeking a Club Attendant to join our team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive and hands‑on individual with strong attention to detail. This role will support the Leisure Centre Manager in delivering the highest standards of guest care, cleanliness and fitness offering to our members and guests.
