Job summary

Easons Limited in Swords is seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to optimise our online sales platforms. You will manage product information, uploads, category data and SEO to boost engagement and sales.

You will use tools like AX, Bynder, Optimizely, and Algolia while leveraging Google Analytics for data-driven recommendations and reporting. The role supports new product launches, landing pages and content aligned with the Commercial Calendar.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant area (Communications / Marketing / Digital Media / eCommerce).
• 2 years professional experience.
• Experience with multiple digital systems (content management, ecommerce, CRM).
• Sector: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and manage online product catalogue using AX, Bynder and Optimizely systems.
• Manage upload of new products with trading teams ensuring content is correct and compliant.
• Ensure products are optimised for external and internal search engines with on-page SEO.
• Ensure products appear in Algolia indexing and search, collaborating with ecommerce and IT teams.
• Manage online click and collect offering and pre-order uploads, incentives and tracker sheets.
• Assist with creation, upload and publication of customer-focused content to deliver on Commercial Calendar activities.
