EY Ireland is seeking a SAP Reporting Lead – Manager to drive the design and delivery of analytics solutions across SAP Datasphere, HANA Cloud, BW4HANA and SAC, enabling actionable insights for clients. Qualifications

• A third level qualification in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP analytics technologies, with a focus on SAP Datasphere, HANA Cloud Modelling, BW4HANA, Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics, and S/4HANA business processes.
• Proficiency in frontend tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Datasphere and basic knowledge of SAP Business data cloud and Azure Databricks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Manage SAP Embedded Analytics projects, including CDS and Fiori applications, adhering to S/4HANA processes.
• Develop and optimize data models in SAP HANA Cloud and SAP BW4HANA to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Utilize SAP Datasphere to integrate and manage data from various sources, ensuring data quality.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide expertise in SAP analytics technologies and stay updated with latest trends.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve analytics issues to minimize business disruption.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
