Job summary
Uniphar Group in Ireland seeks an Enterprise Applications COE Director to own governance, roadmap and value realisation for Dynamics 365 and the broader enterprise applications portfolio. You will shape operating models, lead a high-performing CoE team, and partner with ERP programme leadership to enable competitive capability.
The role requires deep Dynamics 365 experience, strong stakeholder engagement at senior level, and a disciplined approach to change management, adoption, and data
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in enterprise applications or ERP
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Business Central expertise
- Proven track record building or leading a Centre of Excellence
- Experience in adoption, governance, and value realisation across multi-entity organisations
- Experience partnering with ERP programmes and post-go-live governance
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Enterprise Applications Centre of Excellence with defined operating model and team structure
- Define governance framework for Dynamics 365 and related platforms
- Lead adoption strategy for Dynamics 365, training, enablement and change management
- Own Dynamics 365 backlog prioritisation and oversee release management
- Partner with architecture to evolve Dynamics 365 in line with enterprise strategy
- Ensure data governance and integration integrity across systems
