Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland’s Dublin-based client seeks a seasoned Director of Enterprise Applications to set the operating model, drive adoption and own the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap in a hybrid environment.

You will lead a Centre of Excellence, shape governance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central, and manage relationships with Microsoft and ERP partners, ensuring value delivery across the enterprise applications portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in enterprise applications or ERP ownership.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central, including governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proven track record establishing or leading a Centre of Excellence or platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Enterprise Applications Centre of Excellence, including operating model and governance.
• Own strategic direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the enterprise applications portfolio.
• Define responsibilities and ensure alignment between Enterprise Applications, stakeholders, and ERP programme teams.
• Lead adoption, change and value realisation, ensuring platform investment delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Own and prioritise the Dynamics 365 backlog and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee data governance, master data, data quality and integration standards.
