Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs, operating on-site at schools with engaging daily activities. As a team member, you will supervise children during activities and free play, assist with homework and educational tasks, and lead a range of indoor and outdoor activities with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
