Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a part-time supervisor to support Before School, After School and Holiday Club programs at local schools. You will supervise children, assist with homework, and lead planned activities with energy and care.

We value reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to a safe, inclusive environment. Garda vetting is provided after interview, with references required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (indoor and outdoor).
• Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
