Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland operates on-site at schools, offering Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs with fun, structured activities tailored to children. The role centers on supervising after-school groups and creating a safe, welcoming environment.

We are seeking energetic staff to support homework, lead activities from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, and ensure Garda vetting and references are completed as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Garda vetting will be completed after interview stage

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engage in planned indoor and outdoor activities with children
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to interactions with children
• Assist with games, crafts and group activities; maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
