Noel Group in Wicklow is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and drive service excellence. The role focuses on delivering high-quality guest experiences, supervising teams, and maintaining standards across departments in a luxury hospitality setting.

The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on, flexible approach to day-to-day hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory hospitality role.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on and flexible approach to hotel operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Assist with guest feedback management and service recovery where required
• Work closely with department managers to maintain operational excellence
• Support and motivate teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure hotel standards relating to service, presentation, safety, and security are upheld
• Assist with daily operational procedures and end-of-day checks across departments
