Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Hotel Manager role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, revenue and costs.
• Proven leadership and people development experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
