Premier Inn in Dublin City Centre (Gloucester Street South) is hiring a Duty Manager. The role involves leading shifts, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and delivering excellent guest service across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant.

You will motivate teams, solve problems, and help guests during busy periods to maintain a high standard of hospitality. The position is a fixed-term contract with 30 guaranteed hours per week, paying up to €17.65 per hour, located at 29 Gloucester Street

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
