Premier Inn Cork City Centre is hiring an Assistant Hotel Manager to work closely with the Hotel Manager, leading daily hotel operations and elevating guest experiences. The role focuses on guest management, team leadership, and maintaining Premier Inn’s high service standards.

You will drive service excellence, mentor staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the bar, kitchen, and guest areas, contributing to the hotel’s continued success and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
